TekSystems is hiring Bilingual CSR's for a local mortgage company!
CSRs will provide customer service and assistance to consumers and the lending industry on Federal Housing Administration (FHA) programs in support of the HUDCentral program. CSRs will answer questions on policy issues, general requests, and assistance with FHA’s online processing system – FHA Connection. CSRs will respond to inbound calls, emails, voice mails, live chat and written correspondence. CSRs will document each contact in a database and perform return calls as required.
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Spanish Bilingual
- 2 years of Customer Service Experience in Call Center Setting
- Reliable transportation
- Open to working between 8am-8pm
